Soon after you have completed the payment, you will receive an  email containing a copy of your order. Within one working day  after your payment, we will send to you a second e-mail, showing the link to print the voucher with the code that allows you access to the museum.  We suggest you to write correctly your e-mail address and invite you to verify that your e-mail box is not full or does not contain filters that prevent the reception of our voucher@museumticket.it, which filters spam or virus. MuseumTicket is not responsible in case your inbox will not receive our e-mails.Reservations is confirmed within one working day. Saturday is not considered a working day.It can happen that the time you requested could not be confirmed because not available, so the museum will move your visit  into the closest time of your request and on the same date. Only for crowded Museums a mandatory alternative date is required, that could be confirmed in case of the first one is already sold out. Reservations must be made at least one day before the date of the request for visit, and holidays  are excluded. You will have to be at the entrance of the museum with the voucher and Identity Card. You can also receive your reservation by fax at the hotel where you stay. You must send the fax number of your hotel or the house where you are. Skip the line and take the ticket at the door of reservations without standing in line, and showing the original voucher, 15 minutes before the expected entry. Price includes: ticket, pre sales fee of the museum and commission. Uffizi Gallery: commission is up to a maximum of 4.50 €.Accademia Gallery: commission is up to a maximum of 4.50 €.Colosseum: commission is up to a maximum of 4.00 €.Doge’s Palace of Venice: commission is up to a maximum of 3.50 €.Pitti Palace:  commission is up to a maximum of 6.90 €.For other Museums: commission is from 0,50 € up to 7.90 €.The cost of any exhibition inside the museum, will always be charged to the ticket.MuseumTicket  is not responsible for any changes or cancellations of programs offered by museums.By purchasing on MuseumTicket.it, the customer authorizes the Company Eluxenia srl to purchase tickets and reservations in the name of the Company Eluxenia and on behalf of the client. The ownership of the tickets and reservations, shifts directly from the ticket office entrance of the museum to the customer. The customer buys the exclusive property of the tickets and reservations purchased by the Company upon his/her request. Tickets purchased will not be refunded in the event of dismissal by the customer.Under article 1173 Italian ss. c.c, once the reservation has been processed, change of the date are not allowed, so no reimbursement can be requested.For each change of time or date of the Reservation the customer will be charged with an additional one-off charge of 8,50 euros for each ticket. The change can be requested no later than 5 working days before the booked date . Pre sale fees of the museum and on line commission and eventual temporary exhibition fees are due for any kind of ticket and for gratuity days.

Last Supper and Brera Art Gallery :once confirmed, a visit cannot be modified or canceled.
